Bluff View On The Hill offers modern lodging for our visitors to the Clearwater Lake area.  We offer 6 kitchenette rooms, 4 cabins, a house, and a banquet room for group parties.  Located just ½ mile from Clearwater Lake, Bluff View On The Hill is the closest lodging to the lake in the Bluff View area. • 2-night minimum May 1 - Oct. 1 • Holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum • Quiet time is from 10 pm to 6 am (please respect your neighbors) • Check-in time is 4 pm, call us for special arrangements • Check-out time is 11 am o Late checkouts incur a $ 25 fee o Contact us for special arrangements • Light housekeeping is required; dishes must be washed and trash taken out to dumpster.  $ 25 fee for non-compliance • 14 day cancellation notice: if within 14 days  there will be no refunds once within that window.  Bookings within the 14 days require full payment.  Multiple room bookings require a 30 day notice, within 30 days there will be no refund upon cancellation. • While we love pets, some customers may have allergic reactions, thus, no pets are allowed • Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay • No smoking in the rooms.  Smoking areas are established outside • No in-room parties.  You will be asked to leave with no refund • Weekday special: Rooms 1-4 & 6: stay Mon-Wed and Thurs is complimentary • Reservations require a 50% deposit upon booking, the balance will be due 14 days out o Reservations with multiple rooms follow the above guidelines except balance due 30 days out
